Tetsuo I & II in October

Third Window Films have announced the UK DVD and Blu-ray release of Tetsuo: The Iron Man / Tetsuo II: Body Hammer on 8 October 2012. These cult classics from Japanese writer/director Shinya Tsukamoto have been digitally restored from their original negatives and come to DVD and Blu-ray with a new transfer supervised by Tsukamoto. Also included in the double-disc set is Tsukamoto's 'Tetsuo' prototype short-film 'The Adventures of Electric Rod Boy' plus a new exclusive interview with Tsukamoto, talking about both Tetsuo films as well as giving a 5 minute introduction to 'Rod Boy'.
Both the Blu-ray and DVD will have a collectable slipcase as well as reversible sleeves which allow you to choose 1 of 4 different images from either film to show off your box including new illustrations by Tim Willis.
