Beetlejuice R1 AE in September

Warner Home Video have announced the Region 1 DVD release of Beetlejuice (20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) on 16th September 2008 priced at $19.96 SRP. The colourful, wildly imaginative family adventure from Tim Burton starring Michael Keaton, Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis and Winona Ryder returns to DVD, newly remastered and packaged in a lenticular o-sleeve. Extras are somewhat limited however with the music only track and trailer from the original DVD release joined by three Beetlejuice cartoons from the TV series which was produced by Burton and David Geffen.
